Makkhan

A regular consumption of 1-2 tablespoons of fresh makkhan is considered to be an easy good source of saturated fat required by the body. Makkhan is mostly used in breakfast, as a spread on Bread/Paratha; therefore it is like providing a mini-energy battery to your body. Further fresh makkhan, when flavored with herbs of your choice at home, brings in the necessary variation in taste to your tongue. Many people also prefer use of fresh makkhan for sauté of veggies.
